ABOUT BOB BONNEY

Photography For Pets & The People Who Love Them

All pet owners are interested in having beautiful, quality photographs of their Best Friend, to admire and cherish.

I am a Navy trained photographer and a retired State Conservation Law Enforcement Officer with over 50 years’ experience in photography. I volunteer at the Main Line Animal Rescue in Phoenixville, Chester County, Pa. where I regularly photograph their rescued dogs, pups and cats. I have also volunteered at the Char-Wills German Shepherd Rescue in New Ringgold, Pa. photographing their beautiful German Shepherd Dogs (my personal favorite). As a young boy I was fortunate to have grown up on a horse farm and I also worked on a dairy farm in the summers. So, I am very comfortable around all manner of animals, including but not limited to horses, chickens, ducks, and yes, even snakes!

As a State Conservation Officer, my job enabled me to photograph many animals and birds in the wild. My favorite subjects are birds of prey, specifically our National Bird, the Bald Eagle. I’ve posted some of those photos on my website. Our pets are family, and we all want to preserve beautiful memories of them. Each and every pet has their own personality, my goal is to capture and preserve the essence and spirit of that personality for you to enjoy for all time. I prefer to shoot outdoors during the early mornings and evenings using natural light. This is the very best light to capture your prized pet. If your pet must be on a leash while being photographed, not a problem, I will digitally remove the leash on the final photographs.
